September 20, 2016

Pomegranate is beautiful.  They are rich in potassium and contain a fair amount of vitamin C.

Seeded pomegranate is like jewels, and wonderful in salad, decoration, or with meat.  But it can be messy when de-seeding.

So here is a quick tip on how to do it.

Tips: Good idea to use the surgical gloves!!!

1) Cut it in half

2) Hold the open surface down in your hand, and bash it with wooden spoon.  The seed would fall off itself.

3) If you don't eat them right away, put them in a plastic bag, and you can freeze them.
