JAPANESE STUFF: IRITAMAGO (Scrambled egg)

In Japan, scrambled egg is also called "Iri tamago". Iri/Iru means to fry, and tamago means egg.

My father used to eat this every morning with a toast (yes, he ate toast instead of rice!) and Miso soup.

Ingredients:

2-3 eggs

1 spring onion - finely chopped

1 dash of Soy sauce

Directions:

1) Mix everything in a bowl.

2) Using oil for frying, pour the egg mixture in heated frying pan.

3) Mix until egg is done.

My father liked to cook until the egg squeaked, but it's just a personal preference.
