Crock pot is magically simple and easy to use. And it is also simple and easy to clean.
Basically, all you have to clean is the ceramic pot and lid.
After cooking, leave it until next day to cool it. The fat would be harden and float on the surface.
Placing the plastic bag (I'd recommend you to use "double" bag ) inside of a large bowl or pot, and roll out the edges to cover.
Using spatula, scrape everything in the plastic bag.
Knot twice for each bag.
And toss them to the garbage bin. Simple and clean!!!
DO NOT DRAIN IN THE SINK!
